About Private Yoga Melbourne
Hi, I’m Ewa, owner of Private Yoga Melbourne.
My style is down to earth, focused on providing balance to the lives of my clients, and meeting them where they are.
My 19-year journey with yoga started as a way to manage stress. Since my first beginners’ course in Ashtangha, I have explored various styles, including yin, aerial, and slow flow yoga.
I have found huge therapeutic benefits of a consistent yoga practice and I have been teaching since 2015. I specialise in helping clients manage their mental and physical health.
I draw heavily on my studies in Yoga Therapy with Dr. Ganesh Mohan and the approach of Sri.T. Krishnamacharya, a major influencer of modern yoga. I am also a certified yin yoga teacher, and have completed training on Womens Centred Yoga with Annie Carter, here in Melbourne.
I currently work in a demanding job within the environmental sector so I definitely understand the pressures of balancing work and life.
