How it works
First, we chat about you.
We start with a conversation so you can tell me what you are looking to achieve through yoga. Phone or Zoom chat is available - whatever suits you best.
Second, we have a free session to try things out.
When we understand how I can help you with your yoga, we schedule a free introductory session. I come to your home, your office or any convenient space to guide you through a complimentary introductory yoga session. Over 60 minutes, we assess what you need out of your practice with me.
Finally, we agree and commit to a plan.
From there, we commit to three 90-minute yoga sessions together, for consistency and accountability. These can be held anywhere that is convenient for you.
